Dear Mr & Mrs C, Thanks for your feedback. I can see that you made your own booking online. I note from your booking form that you either booked both passengers with the same first and surname or your Chrome settings have overwritten the details from a previously saved entry. easyJet should not have charged you to amend your error. Good phone service.

I had several attempts to pay on line but in the end had to phone to pay. Very helpful regarding this.
