The survey is sent before departure, because it is about Directline Flights customer service, not about the airline. I hope this explains the timing.

I am glad that we were able to sort out your seating for you and I have e-mailed your new boarding pass with seat 13A together with a receipt for the €13.49 charged by easyJet. I agree, Ryanair's policy on this is very poor and I wish they'd change it. Do let us know if you'd like us to check you in for your return.
