Thanks for using Direct2florist twice in recent weeks for flowers to the same person. Your first order was placed with one a member in London City Centre for a delivery to SW1. Following successful delivery, we can see you ordered again from the same City Centre florist for a delivery to TW10 Unfortunately the city centre member does not deliver to TW10 - it is too far for them. Your order was redirected to our member Kingston Wild Flowers who delivered a seasonal mixed bouquet. Apologies you were not advised of the redirect and though it is in T&Cs that a redirect may occur, we are going to review our procedures so that in the event of a redirect the customer is always advised. yes thanks for your comment regarding the password. We try and offer a very easy to use service without logging in hassles before ordering and/or requests for lost passwords to access the login. Please be assured there is no sensitive information stored within the login. In the future though, it is planned to offer customers a quick re-order option from within the login (rather than a simple status view.) Indeed, this type of login would require password encryption.
