Sorry to receive your negative review. The order had been placed in the early hours of Valentines day for an AM delivery. Not wishing to make excuses, but Valentines is such a pressurised day its difficult to meet with timed delivery requests. With regards to the flowers we are sorry to hear you felt the flowers were not fresh. Florists buy in the freshest best quality long stem roses from Holland. Normally these roses would last at least 7-10 days providing value and beauty. Zoe Lee

Direct 2 Florist took my payment however they did not tell Impulse Flowers about my order therefore my girlfriend did not receive her flowers on Valentines Day.
