Very sorry to receive your negative review. Unfortunately the card message simply said "Sorry we missed your birthday." There was no name given on the card. (This is not necessarily uncommon.) The recipient called us to say the flowers were beautiful but they didn't know who had sent them. Sorry to receive your negative comments we do feel we filled your order as requested. Zoe Lee
