NO COMMUNICATION
I cannot comment fully as I haven't had the holiday yet, however its hard to get through to anyone and no one ever calls or e-mails you back once you have booked.

Low prices but 5 star service
Customer service agent (Kayden) was very friendly and knowledgable and very happy to help with our requirements.
