We apologise if you feel you have been waiting too long for an amendment, however the auto reply from the customer service team does provide timescale to manage your expectation and it was resolved within such. We regret if this was overlooked and lead to this review, changes can take time to conclude when we need to contact other third party suppliers.

Competitive pricing and excellent choice of accommodation.
Could not find half board deal in a 5* hotel with upgrade room in Abu Dhabi cheaper anywhere.
