Thank you for your feedback. At the basket stage of our checkout process, customers are currently informed if that particular item is out of stock, and how soon it can be expected to be despatched. For example, if we are out of stock in the warehouse, but stock is available in the showroom, it will show “available in 3-5 days”, while we organise transfers for that order. Further to that, we also offer a part despatch option, where customers can chose to wait for their entire order to be fulfilled, or to have the available items delivered to them ahead of the out of stock products.
