Telephone Service was good, however, I think that I would have obtained a better deal if I had went on-line. Had to call back as I hadn't received my Policy. They had taken the e-mail address down...

I did ring up after I bought the policy and I wanted to add my I pad but was told I should have done that when I bought the policy. He was a bit off hand and not very good customer service.

I am sorry that we were unable to apply our additional gadget cover upgrade to your existing policy.
If you require gadget cover, you can obtain a full refund for your existing policy within the 14 day cooling off period and purchase a brand new policy which includes gadget cover to suit your requirements.
