Pleased to hear that you got sorted in the end, but I'm more than a little surprised to hear about your experience getting it sorted. We pride ourselves on offering a 5-star experience to all customers, even when mistakes happen - and so I agree that it's disappointing you felt we didn't handle the response to the mix-up in the right spirit. I have to say, with our commitment to customers, that type of thing is even rarer to hear, if at all.
