Friendly and compassion staff
They were very good at a time of crisis and where I needed to place payments on hold and changing my agreement to accomodate the changes in my life at the time.

Quick and helpful
I thought DCS was very helpful. They were upfront about the costs I would need to cover and when and sent the quarterly reports quickly and on time. If I had any questions they were quick to respond.
