We try to include as much information within our product descriptions so that customers can make an informed purchase decision and the weight limit of 75kg was present as you state. The trundle drawers are meant for occasional use and are a fantastic feature for these children's beds. Regarding delivery, we can confirm that the lead time was 2-3 weeks and after reviewing your order details we can see that your delivery took place exactly to this timeframe. We hope that you will be back to see us at Cuckooland again in the future, hopefully we can turn those 3 stars into 5!

We are very sad to see your review. You emailed our team on Monday night after the offices had closed so we were not able to have time to reply to you before you left your review on Tuesday. You placed your order on the 23rd of December - the product lead time was shown on the site as 2 - 3 working days. The scooter was dispatched on the 29th of December and delivery was attempted on the 30th of December but no one was in. Delivery was again attempted on the 31st of December but again no one was in. We tried a third and final time on the 2nd Jan however again no one was in. The scooter is now on its way back to the warehouse. Our customer service team is in direct contact with you so that you can confirm how you would like to proceed.

Hello Nita, I can confirm that the goods were dispatched on the 29th December as per the full tracking information I have sent you via email. The order status has to be manually updated and this was done by a member of the team as soon as the offices were re-opened.
