I like the shirts, but I inquired about a return I made a year ago and I never have received credit or even a return email regarding my return. For this, I am dissapointed.

I must say I’m quite surprised that the fabric of these shirts disappointed you. Our new Black Label shirts are 100% two-fold long staple Egyptian cotton woven in Italy and have proved to very popular. The Sea Islands are a 140s shirt and continue to grow as one of our best sellers. I’m very sorry that they didn’t prove to be entirely to your liking, but please be assured that they can be returned for a full refund. Further, I would be grateful if you could let us know what you found particularly disappointing about the fabrics so we can learn from it. Many thanks.
