Average to good product quality but very poor customer service. Clearly trying to make it difficult to return items and give customers their proper refunds. The company must be in trouble.

We strive to offer the best in customer service so I am vey disappointed to learn that you feel we have fallen short in this department. All US orders that we send out include a free-post UPS returns label to ensure that you are not charged should you need to send them back to us here in the UK. These labels give the flexibility allowing the parcel to be collected from your home or alternatively being dropped off to the carrier directly, whichever is the more convenient for you. Furthermore, we will always issue a full refund for any item that is returned to us within the guarantee timeframe. We value our customer’s comments very highly indeed so I would certainly welcome your further feedback if you found that any part of the above returns procedure could be improved going forward.
