I placed 2 orders one after the other, so Charles Tyrwhitt put both orders on hold till I phoned and confirmed that it was myself who had placed both the orders which I ithink is great that they take care that your cards are not being used unauthorised. But once I had cleared the transactions it took them 0ver 3 days to action the order therefore taking much longer to receive that I expected.

Thought the website was good, the delivery time was excellent, but we had paid £8.00 to speed it up. The products are great quality but you do pay for it.
