Good afternoon, I hope you are well, I would first like to apologise for the level of service you received in store. While it's great that your questions were eventually answered, the responsibility shouldn’t fall on you to constantly seek out assistance when in store. I do hope this hasn’t put you off of shopping with us again, if you do plan on visiting again I would suggest booking an appointment with us no matter how big or small your purchase so we can ensure there will be a member of the team ready and waiting to take you through your shopping experience with us.
