I am extremely sorry that there is a wait for your garments on this order. It is not acceptable that you are not able to receive the items straight away and we will endeavour to improve this situation so that this does not occur again.
We do believe that we are still a traditional Jermyn Street shirt maker. Unfortunately, most companies based in Jermyn Street have had to more their production lines offshore as it has simply become too expensive to produce garments entirely in England. It seems that most customers would not be willing to pay higher prices for this to happen and as there are fewer factories available, the wait for stock would inevitably be longer. However, in saying this, we try to keep our production as close to England as possible and use the best resources available to achieve the quality that we promise you.
