I am appalled that you feel this way. You have been an extremely good customer to Charles Tyrwhitt over the last seven years. You have placed 13 orders for a total of 121 items. According to our records, this order for one funky chocolate jacket was placed on the 27th February and the product was despatched on the 27th February. You should have received it the following day. We do not have a telephone number for you. Otherwise I would have called personally. I would truly like to get to the bottom of what has happened here. I have been buying CT products for over a decade. However the only flaw I have found is that on so many shirts the buttons come off after the first or second wash. Overall though great products.
