Close but not good enough.
Despite a prolonged delivery time-frame CSI didn't deliver the products ordered. The substitute provided (with no explanation) did not fully meet my requirements.

Prompt call yesterday. Very helpful sounding. However, promised e-mail/links did not show up. And both links to CSI, within feefo, do not function (multiple attempts over more than 24 hours).

Good customer service. Website purchasing options confusing. Lead time for some parts such as storage hooks and drawer dividers seems too long
