Shipping was rather slow, and communication was pretty much non existent. I didn’t get a tracking number so had no clue where my package was at all.

Hi Candace, thank you for your review! Unfortunately, tracking details aren't automatically applied to our overseas customers despatch emails at the moment. All you need to do is just pop us over a quick email and we can send all the tracking info over for you :). I've just tracked your parcel and can see that it was delivered on September 16th - enjoy!
