Yes my Name on my Velocity Membership is exactly the same as on my Covermore Policy ,I have phoned your office regarding this problem & they have confirmed that both matches my velocity membership number is 9680004631 , I know this is a small matter ,but I feel if you Ofer Velocity points for taking out a Policy you should honour
Evelyn Moschion Policy Number 719100509864 ,also on phoning your office they gave me an email address to email to contact regarding this problem & unfortunately it keeps bouncing back ,looking forward to hearing back from you regarding this matter & receiving my points

I choose Cover more because they handle some minor pre-existing medical conditions that I have. Other insurers just decline to insure me. I haven't yet had to make a claim, so cannot comment on that...
