I cancelled my policy because my trip was cancelled and I requested a refund for the policy. But a month later I still haven’t heard back from covermore.

Insensitive and unhelpful
In a very stressful and difficult time, CoverMore were extremely unhelpful and blunt. I was traveling with so-called “comprehensive” travel insurance but am still out thousands of dollars as a result...

Poor communication
Poor communication. Emailed the over a week ago, and no response. 1hr on hold, and unable to speak to a person.
