Hi Keith, sorry to hear you didn't have a positive experience with us. Our systems do required different team members to work on different claims so that we can keep all claims moving in case a team member is on leave or unwell.

The people at flight centre were really helpful in advising what options there were.
When l needed to make a claim they and the cover ore people were fantastic again
