Thank you for passing on this feedback. We do have different claims team members processing the claims at times to ensure coverage of situations where team members are unwell or on leave.

Unfortunately any new payments would have had to come off the credit card of the person talking to customer service (which was you in this case). We'll provide the feedback about this experience with the appropriate teams so they can make improvements.
