It was worth the extra insurance ,I had piece of mind because I was insured
Very prompt and efficient , with my claim after I had to buy another ticket due to a typhoon . No Questions asked .

My claim took an inordinate time to be resolved. You seemed to deliberately use delaying tactics. Nearly 2 weeks before you requested that I complete a Medical Authority,, Then another 2 weeks...

Recovery of a Doctors Bill on board ship
Tried to recover a doctors bill that was made on board the ship that I was on. I had to fight to get the money for the bill refunded. Not good enough
