I tried several times to get some communication regarding our claim, no one ever replied to my emails - i received a payout for the very small claim we made, but couldn't get any information at all...

Rapid response to my claim for physiotherapist treatment
I twisted my knee while in Japan and had to seek medical treatment. My claim was handled quickly, the process was straightforward for me and I am very happy with Covermore. Good premium too.
