Terrible process / customer service

I didn't want to renew and filled in the website form to cancel the auto renewal in advance, but you still renewed my policy, and I've asked this to be rectified but haven't heard back.

I am trying to stop the auto renew. Which has to be done by messages. Nobody is coming back to me and then I get this request for feedback on the renewal. Oh dear
