Radio silence about a claim
Broken promises. Made a claim. which was not made very easy, told that a case worker would review the claim and contact but 3 weeks on I have heard NOTHING

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the claim experience.
We have a new claim system which I understand you had an upload issue with. This matter has been reported to IT.
I can see we received your initial claim submission on the 18th September 2024, however we needed some further documentation. I can see that your claim has now been settled on the 11th October and hope this matter is therefore resolved.
