Easy to make a decision on the coverage that I wanted.

It was a simple process giving me multiple options of cover. The costs were reasonable and better than my banks options. The best thing is I haven't had to test it yet. 🙏

Purchased Travel insurance

I havent received any service yet. Only just bought travel insurance frok cover for you. The reason i purchased this cover is because they have 5 star defacto reting. They seem like a good company.

No 15% discount

It was all going well, used the referral from a friend but did not take off the expected 15% - disappointed I just hope my friend will get their £10 voucher through ok

I've had a quick check on your policy and can see the 15% discount was applied saving you £6.70 - it's clearly stated on your certificate of insurance (under the 'Your Discounts' section). The referal reward will be issued to your friend 30 days after purchase in line with the scheme terms, so long as the policy isn't cancelled.
