We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble contacting the emergency assistance number. Please ensure you are calling +44 330 123 2370 as listed on your certificate, as this is the 24x7 number. I’ve checked and there have been no issues with this number. If you still have problems, we’d recommend trying an alternative phone in case it’s an international dialling issue. For a valid medical claim, any costs you incurr calling the assistance number will be reimbursed.
