Endless staff turnover - no continuity. Avoid.

7 months (!) for a no chain simple conveyance. Why? Because of their endless staff turnover & sickness meaning emails going to unmonitored email boxes week after week. Never again.

Considering I was selling an empty probate property with NO CHAIN , it took OVER 10 MONTHS to complete the sale!! Despite me wanting a quick sale, there was a distinct lack of urgency and updates...
