I wish the quality and location of all of the hotels was better. While I enjoyed the travel route and the cities visited, I really disliked how far away the hotels were from city centers or points of interest. Also the quality of some of the hotels were very substandard (i.e.- no wash cloths, no provided mini toiletries, tiny room size, etc...). The friendliness and knowledge of the guide was also so so. Many people wished to have more commentary as we were going places. The guide would also provide conflicting information to guests regarding where to meet, times for bags out, and just his overall demeanor was very disinterested in our overall experience. These very important aspects of our vacation were off putting when they were sub-par. I was also traveling in a large group. Our rooms were constantly on different floors, far apart and in general not convenient for our party in the tour hotels.
