When we carried out a customer service survey earlier this year one of the main points which was raised by our customers was to have full track and traceability on their order which is why a signature is required upon proof of delivery.

The products arrive really promptly and are a comfortable and unique sock, they are quite pricey - but then quality does come at a price!

Great, just wish you didn't use the post office for delivery. They just love leaving cards saying you have to pick up at the depot. Other's always find a way of delivering.
