Apology does not resolve the matter I was charged 4.96 for delivery and the book was not delivered on time. I am requesting a refund for the delivery as I did not receive that service.

Good supplier, would use again.
A good selection of products in stock, seemingly good quality, at reasonable prices with quick delivery. All round a useful addition to the supplier list.
