Dear Customer, We really appreciate the kind words about our staff and thank you for your comments, we will be sure to discuss this with the team. An 'hour' massage would only ever be 50-55 minutes long as we need to allow for a brief medical history to make sure your safe to receive the treatment and also for dressing/**********. This is fairly standard but perhaps we should be more clear in our communication.
