Northumberland walking magic!!

I can’t fault the service I received and advice about the walking trail. It helped me with information about the walk and facilities available at each stage.

West Highland Way

The booking process was very straightforward. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The emailed information pack is unnecessary and to long winded. The posted pack is adequate.

Thank you for taking the time to review your holiday along the West Highland Way and providing feedback on our Holiday Pack - the decision to cut down the printed materials from what's included in the digital version was a relatively recent decision, and we're glad to hear that shorter version proved adequate.

Thank you for your honest and helpful feedback. We're truly sorry the itinerary we provided for your West Highland Way tour failed to meet expected standards. If you'd be willing to provide a more detailed breakdown of the issues via our feedback form, available on our website within the Members Area, so that we can investigate our mistakes during the booking process, we'd be hugely grateful. Thank you again for your review, and we wish you all the best with your future walks.
