A relaxed, quality service on the Clipper.
After many years of niggling complaints, this June my trip was great. The staff were lovely (two even recognising me and greeting me personally) and the food and service on the Clipper was exempary.

Pleasant journey in both directions. A good range of food availabe.
Yes we found our seats were comfortable, in a good positon to the rear of the boat and loading the car all took place very smoothly.

Good service throughout.
Great trip to and from Guernsey on the Liberation. Departed on time, easy boarding process. Service in the club lounge was excellent. Only slight downside was that the lounge was a bit too warm...

Sadly I was very ill during the crossing on what was quite a calm day. Maybe Condor should consider a boat better suited for the channel crossing.

Appalling service
Usual appalling service. Wouldn’t travel with them if there was an alternative. Feel sorry for the frontline staff who are clearly having to deal with a management team who have no interest in...

Thanks Amber I’ll contact customer services, but sadly in my experience they are not empowered to take any action and can only apologise for what they know is a poor service.
