You need to send your e tickets when people book as not everyone has access to a computer when you are on holiday & not every one has the app on there phones.

Condor need to introduce bar code readers on the passengers boarding cards
Overall the trip over to Jersey was great .. even though we had upgraded and there were cheeky people who had sneaked into to lounge and were sat at our seats
On the way back .. the upgraded lounge...

Our trip from jersey on the Liberation was cancelled by bad weather and we caught the ferry Liberation one day early.

Went very smoothly and looked after well.
Looked after well and pleased with the service.

In contrast with flying, the holiday starts the moment you are on board....
The trip was good. We do miss the direct trip from Pool to St helier without the Guernsey stop like the old days.
Probably dependent on the tides, leaving at 19:00 in the evening on the return leg...

Good experience
The woman on the phone when I arranged the booking was very friendly and very helpful.
Apart from our return journey from St Malo to Guernsey, the ferries were on time.
