Unfortunately your order was being delivered direct from our supplier who let us down as they did not deliver on agreed delivery date. We are unaware of failed deliveries until we are contacted by the customer. We do apologise for the delay in delivery as we do appreciate your business and we hope that you continue to do business with us in the near future.
