Rang to cancel order and was told someone would get back to me, which from previous experience I doubted, but was pleasantly surprised to have a callback within 20 minutes. The issue has now been resolved by providing overnight delivery of a suitable replacement from a different location. Thanks for making the effort and I put the original frustration down to hopefully a one off!
