I made purchase in 5/9/22, haven’t got the order yet , called them they said will send an email about delivery details, still noting 21/9/22 ,do not recommend them!

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Currently, there is little to no availability of 6m timber in the north of the country. I understand your order has now been fulfilled by a courier from one of our branches in the south. We’re very sorry this took longer than anticipated and about the inconvenience caused.

Not very good at all.

Order placed on 14 August with an expectation of a 5 day delivery (as stated on web site). After money taken informed delivery expected to be end of September. So I still do not have any delivery.

The availability of the items you’ve ordered is on an ever-moving target due to raw material shortages across the industry, especially on solar panels. Your order was subject to a longer lead time which we found out after the order was placed with the supplier. We can confirm the delivery is now scheduled for 29 September. Hello and thank you for your feedback. There has been a stock discrepancy as our distributor did not have your order on this occasion. Apologies for the lack of communication while we looked for alternatives to fulfill the order.
