Good in parts.

There seemed to be a limited range of options available. I also had problems logging in to access documents although i understand that this problem has been addressed now.

Very hard work to establish what is insured

Despite some nice staff the process was just too hard work. I went elsewhere, got fast service and a better price

Initial conversation bout renewal and new quote was good,but I did not receive promised emails.after 2 days Tried 3 times to phone being told everyone was busy.Tried twice to email but it wouldn't...
