Throughout your enquiry, we aimed to answer your questions as clearly as possible and confirm that your ring would be crafted in yellow gold, with the Welsh gold element incorporated as part of our signature design. This information was provided accurately, and the bespoke fee was applied in line with our process. We also recognise that you asked thoughtful and detailed questions, and we’re glad we were able to provide clarification during your journey, including sharing imagery of the Welsh gold insert once your design was progressing. We’re sorry that, despite this, you feel disappointed with the experience. As discussed with you directly in December, bespoke fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover the design and development process. However, we do take all feedback on board and will continue to review how we communicate bespoke details to ensure greater clarity from the outset.
