Have found the service 5star in the past but this time after weeks of waiting I had to call them to enquire about my order only to be told one item was out of stock & it was coming from another...

Service was excellent , goods arrived quickly. Package was good, luckily as delivery drive let the service down. Left card with nothing written on so went to post to collect and parcel not there....

They had quite a lot of pieces of crystal on their web site that I had not seen on other sites. Service was very fast and very good. Very pleased with everything
I have bought from Clifton’s for several years and always had excellent service via post. I collect Swarovski stars each Christmas and they alert me when they are on sale in time for Christmas...
