Happy with the vouchers but £7.50p delivery which is there minimum delivery charge is expensive for just gift vouchers the postage only actually cost from the envelope £1.70p so I would not buy...

Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. For complete security we send all of our gift vouchers out by guaranteed delivery - hence the £7.50 charge to cover the guaranteed delivery charge at the post office. However, on further investigation it seems that your vouchers were accidentally posted out by recorded delivery and not guaranteed. I've therefore refunded you the difference and we apologise most sincerely for this error. We've put steps in place to ensure that all future gift vouchers are sent out by guaranteed delivery.
