Was very impressed with the engineer he was very thoughtful and explained everything as he was going along,Not so impressed with the person who fitted the thermostat .Still not sure how it works...

Came good in the end
Workmen were very good poor survey really ref the condensate pipe and not sticking to arranged dates didn't help the experience all ended well though and happy with the product in these early days
