I am sorry to see that you have left such negative feedback, despite us trying to resolve the delivery issue for you. We do state that all deliveries are kerb side. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was unable to pull the pump truck onto your gravel drive safely to get your logs to your garage but was willing to leave them with enough room for kerb side delivery as stated in our delivery information and terms and conditions which you ticked to accept when placing your order. We always try our best to liaise with the 3rd party and our customers to make sure we can resolve any issues, and we were told by yourself you would not accept the delivery without them being pulled into the garage. We have issued a refund excluding the charge back that we have been charged from our delivery company to have your order sent back to us from as stated in our T&C’s.
