your order is being delivered to Ireland from our UK manufacture and was processed with an immediate effect. Unfortunately orders to Ireland can take longer than UK delivery schedules and I would expect it to be with you early this week - you could have contacted me to resolve this rather than leave this negative reply. We work hard to to ensure that all our products are with our customers as timely as possible, and we are pleased that most 90+% are next day too.

Chimney Cowl Products were very helpful in trying to discover where and when I would get delivery. Very helpful and apologetic which was not there fault but the couriers hear in Ireland.

not lit the fire yet but i'm sure it'll be fine wen i do
Excellent service, friendly and very helpful. It's nice to be able to pick up the phone and talk to the company you're dealing with (and not a machine) if you have a question - as I did - even...
