Initially left a comment that I wasn't happy due to not receiving calls back but this was one of those cases of a mix-up with contact numbers. I had a call back from Paul once we cleared up the numbers and he was very helpful and knows all there is to know about chimneys. Great service and appreciate Paul's commitment to provide this great service!!
