Dear Customer,

We dispatched your order on the 26th of February, but Royal Mail have no information beyond them having received your parcel. They require that we wait 20 working days, which will be the 26th of March, before they will investigate. I've just been on the phone to them personally and they will not do anything prior to this date. I'm very sorry for this, but our hands are tied. Please contact us if your parcel still has not arrived on the 26th, and we will immediately send them out to you again. 

As an apology for this delay, please contact any of the team directly at sales@chemist.net for 5% off your next order. We're very sorry that your first experience with us is negative, and do hope you will give us another chance in the future to show you the best level of service we always strive for.

Dear Customer, 

We are actually going to send out your order again tomorrow, but if it arrives twice, can you please refuse the second order, and still let us know on the 26th if the original has not arrived.

We are very sorry about this and normally, as is stated on the delivery page, do not dispatch orders again until the delivery company will investigate, but it would not be right to ask you to wait another 2 weeks for your order.
